Weather Policy

Alabama weather is highly unpredictable. For this reason, weather cancellations or postponements must not be made more than 24 hours before your event. Weather is too unpredictable for earlier cancellations to be accepted. If weather is questionable the day of your event, we will contact you prior to delivery to see if you still want the delivery. Once we´ve set up, there are no refunds for any reason.

When inflatables can not be delivered.

* We cannot set up inflatables in the rain
* If wind is over 15+ MPH constant or if wind gusts are over 20+ MPH
* If there are any severe weather watches or warnings to include high wind advisories
* If strong to severe weather or prolonged rain is imminent during the day or rental period
* If the ground is saturated due to earlier rain or storms
* Temperature is below 50 degrees
