Powerful 28,000 BTU low pressure propane burner and enclosed bodywork provide fast start-up and prevents flameouts that are frequently associated with canned fuel type chafing dishes in windy conditions. The durable, one-piece stainless steel water pan is easy to clean and accepts standard size food pans and lids. Requires (1) 20 lb. propane tank that will last approximately 5-6 hours.
